Using light to medium pressure, glide the Gua Sha in slow, upward and outward strokes along the jawline, cheeks, forehead, and neck to help release tension and support circulation.
Use the curved edges to gently sculpt and lift, and the comb edge to target areas of deeper tightness such as the jaw, neck, shoulders, and body for fascia release. Move slowly and intentionally, focusing on areas of tension.
