Tallow melts beautifully with heat, so you can also use it as a spread on warm bread, drizzled over roasted potatoes, or stirred into a pan sauce to finish a dish.
Tallow is a shelf-stable product with a shelf life of up to 12 months.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct heat or sunlight — no refrigeration needed. You can refrigerate it to extend shelf life if you'd like, though the texture will harden.
Check for any off or rancid smell before use to ensure safety.

Used this for a moisturizer, body and face. Added rosehip oil along with a few other ingredients. Love it!! Great due to dryness of winter. I added essential oils making it smell wonderful! I rendered the beef fat but the water was clean so don’t think l needed to do that step.

Allfat tallow makes everything taste better. I used to hate turkey bacon but trying to cut out pork. Cooking the turkey bacon in tallow is a game changer. Totally improves the flavour!
