Ideal for baking and cooking applications where you want a neutral flavored oil or added structure, such as pastries and pie crusts. Beyond the kitchen, this multi-purpose fat can also be used to condition leather and wood, or as a base ingredient for soaps, candles, and skincare. More than just an ingredient, suet is a household essential.
