Use beef tallow anywhere you'd use butter, oil, or shortening. Its high smoke point makes it great for searing steaks, roasting vegetables, frying eggs, and deep frying without burning or breaking down.
Tallow melts beautifully with heat, so you can also use it as a spread on warm bread, drizzled over roasted potatoes, or stirred into a pan sauce to finish a dish.
Tallow is a shelf-stable product with a shelf life of up to 12 months.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct heat or sunlight — no refrigeration needed. You can refrigerate it to extend shelf life if you'd like, though the texture will harden.
Check for any off or rancid smell before use to ensure safety.

Definitely the best product on the market! I buy this one because it's great but also because it's not branded halal, like the kidney one. Hopefully it isn't! It's useless to care about "Free from antibiotics, steroids, hormones" if you slaughter the animal the brutal and inhumane halal way.
I absolutely love all their products. I have referred 2 people to this site. One of the things I love is this is a Canadian product. There are zero issues with shipping or border/customs. I recommend all their products not only for the skin saving nutrient rich tallow, but for cooking uses. I have not experienced any beef smell from the tallow. One of the other things I use this for is as a mosquito/tick repellent. I add organic pure lemon oil and/or peppermint oil. Sage oil can be added as a tick repellent. (goes on my skin) I refuse to use anything with ingredients I can not spell or pronounce.
