Tallow melts beautifully with heat, so you can also use it as a spread on warm bread, drizzled over roasted potatoes, or stirred into a pan sauce to finish a dish.
Tallow is a shelf-stable product with a shelf life of up to 12 months.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct heat or sunlight ā no refrigeration needed. You can refrigerate it to extend shelf life if you'd like, though the texture will harden.
Check for any off or rancid smell before use to ensure safety.

I found out about this website after asking AI for a halal beef tallow haha, AI described it as the āgold standardā tallow.
We bought the big jar of the beef tallow to try it out. First of all Iām so glad that we got the big one! It doesnāt have a strong beef taste when used with foods, it doesnāt have a stench either (which I was worried about before purchasing). They processed it very well because it doesnāt have a smell either. I even used it to season my new carbon steel wok and it worked so beautifully! Weāve been using it to heat our bread, for cooking steak, for frying eggs even! Excited to use it in many other ways. Last but not least, itās halal!!!

I use the Tallow with lemon oil and peppermint oil to ward off our little mosquito friends. It has great moisturizer effect (unscented) and since the organ we call the skin (epidermis) absorbs the nutrients it is a double win! The quality is worth the cost. It is also made from grass-fed animals. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean grass fed suet. Perfect for searing my steaks at high temps, then adding more of this fat to the steak. Great hack: if you canāt get grass fed beef, at least make sure the fat you use on them is high quality like this, meaning anti inflammatory instead of pro inflammatory fats from conventionally raised beef etc.
